Training and memberships at ICON Gym are different.  We are not one of those big chain health clubs that is open 24 hours a day or claim they can benefit your fitness for a lifetime... No, we are old-school.  No mirrors.  Lots of sweat.  And you will train with a plan.  With a goal in mind.  And our coaches will be with you every step of the way. 

At ICON Gym, you will train with a purpose.


This is not a place where you drop in and do whatever you feel up to on that particular day.  At ICON gym, you'll have goals, and coaches that show you what to do, and encourage you along the way.   ICON Gym has the tools for success. We TRAIN with Eleiko Olympic Weights. Our barbells and dumbbells are custom made. Sprint track and turf.  We use uncommon tools for uncommon results, our strength equipment is not found in health-clubs.

3 Levels of Training

1 BASIC TRAINING is our beginner-level platform program. It develops better movement skills, and improves active range of motion, balance and coordination. We train movement.

2 FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH is our second-level training that builds on what you learned in Basic.  It combines optimal movement patterns mastered in Basic Training with a load (weights).

3 ATHLETICS is a combination of dynamic warm up, weight lifting and functional strength training. We take into account the specific needs of each sport or fitness goal. 


TYPES OF MEMBERSHIP

Our membership structure is simple.  Choose how often you want to train.  Each training option has Youth or Adult versions.  Youth option for 17 and under, Adult option for 18 and over.  30 day cancellation notice on all recurring memberships except for General MTM.

TRAINING MEMBERSHIP (YOUTH or ADULT) *

  • 1 x Week - Train 1 day a week - 4 sessions per month 
  • 2x Week - Train 2 days a week - 8 sessions per month
  • 3x Week - Train 3 days a week - 12 sessions per month
  • Unlimited - Train unlimited number of times per month **

PERSONAL TRAINING

  • One-on-one sessions

GENERAL MTM UNLIMITED

  • General Month-to-Month - Train monthly - cancel anytime **
