Training Days and Times:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9:00 am-10:00 am-11:00 am 3:00 or 4:00 pm
MAKE UP SESSIONS CAN BE COMPLETED WEDNESDAYS BETWEEN 9 AND NOON OR SAT BETWEEN 10 A.M. AND 1:00 P.M.
THE CORE OF THE SUMMER PROGRAM IS ICON Strength and Conditioning which is an open gym format under the supervision of ICON coaches. Athletes/Members will be trained on the course outline below tailored to their respective training phase and level.
IN ADDITION TO THE CORE ICON Strength and Conditioning Summer Session Members can participate in SPORTS SPECIFIC/ SMALL GROUP TRAINING at no additional cost which includes:
*DRIVELINE VELOCITY/ARM CARE
*BARBELL BASICS/OLYMPIC LIFTING
*SPEED AND AGILITY COURSE
